Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 1, 2026
This policy explains what information Ultra Mold & Water Pros ("we", "us") collects through ultramoldwater.link and by phone, how it is used, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Information you give us: your name, phone number, email address, city or service address, and what you tell us about the water, mold, sewage or fire damage, whether through the request form or on a call.
- Call information: calls may be routed through a call-tracking or answering service that records the calling number, date, time, duration and the page you called from. Calls may be recorded for quality and dispatch accuracy; you will be told at the start of a call if it is recorded.
- Technical information: like most websites, we and our analytics or advertising tools may collect your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring site and approximate location, using cookies and similar technologies.
How we use it
- To answer your request, schedule an inspection or remediation visit, and follow up about your job.
- To pass your request to the independent restoration technicians who will perform the work. Ultra Mold & Water Pros connects you with independent restoration technicians who perform the work.
- To measure which pages and ads lead to calls and requests, and to improve the site.
- To comply with the law, prevent fraud and protect our rights.
We do not sell your personal information for money.
When we share information
We share information with the contractor assigned to your job, with service providers that help us run the site, answer calls, track conversions and send messages, and with authorities when the law requires it. Some analytics and advertising tools (for example Google Analytics or Google Ads conversion tracking) may process browsing data to measure which pages and ads lead to calls. You can limit this as described below.
Calls, texts and email
When you submit the request form and check the consent box, you agree that we and the assigned contractor may contact you by phone, text or email about that request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts, or tell us on a call that you do not want further contact.
Your choices and requests
Wherever you live, you can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information we hold about you and send you a copy.
- Correct information that is wrong.
- Delete your information, except what we must keep for legal, tax or insurance records.
- Stop contacting you, and stop using your information for advertising measurement.
To make a request, call (831) 303-1192. We will verify the request using the contact details you gave us and answer it within a reasonable time, and within any period the law of your state requires. We honor a Global Privacy Control signal as a request to opt out of advertising-related sharing.
Cookies
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site works without them, although call and form tracking may not.
Do Not Track and third-party content
Some browsers can send a "Do Not Track" signal. There is no common standard for how websites should respond to it, and this site does not currently change how it works when it receives one. We do treat a Global Privacy Control signal as described above.
Some pages show an embedded Google map. When the map loads, Google may set its own cookies and collect information about your visit under Google's privacy policy. If we add analytics or advertising tools that collect information about your activity across other websites, we will update this policy to name them.
How long we keep information
We keep request and job information as long as needed to complete the work, handle follow-up questions, and meet legal, tax and insurance record-keeping obligations, and then delete or de-identify it.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please do not send payment card numbers or passwords through the request form.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy and will change the date at the top when we do. Questions? Call (831) 303-1192 or see our contact page. Use of this site is also governed by our terms of service.
