Answering 24/7, including nights and weekends

Our service ring is drawn around Davidson, NC 28036 at I-77 Exit 30, on the east shore of Lake Norman. Every town on this page is a short drive up or down I-77, along NC-115, or east on NC-73. That limit is deliberate. A water job is a series of visits, not one: extraction on the first night, moisture readings every day after, a walkthrough with your adjuster, then tear-out and repairs. Short drives keep that schedule honest.

The ring covers parts of three counties. Davidson, Cornelius and Huntersville are in north Mecklenburg County; Mooresville and the small Iredell County piece of Davidson sit across the county line to the north; Kannapolis and Concord are in Cabarrus County to the east, with part of Kannapolis reaching into Rowan. The housing changes as you go, and so does the kind of water call we get.

North Mecklenburg: Davidson, Cornelius and Huntersville

Davidson itself is covered on our water damage restoration in Davidson page and on every service page. Next door, Cornelius grew from under 2,600 people in 1990 to about 31,400, so nearly every house dates from the Lake Norman boom: vented crawl spaces, 20 to 30 year old supply lines and big lakefront homes close to shoreline humidity. Huntersville, the largest town north of Charlotte, is mostly two-story subdivision homes from the 1990s to 2010s, where an upstairs supply line or a washer hose sends water through a ceiling into the rooms below.

Iredell County: Mooresville

Mooresville has two very different housing stocks: early 1900s mill-village and downtown houses with old plumbing and plaster, and 2000s homes on the lake peninsulas off Brawley School Road and Williamson Road, sitting on vented crawl spaces in slow-draining red clay. Crawl space water and mold is the call we get most from the lake side; the mill houses bring pipe leaks and drain backups.

Cabarrus County: Kannapolis and Concord

Kannapolis was built from 1906 as the Cannon Mills company town, and its older mill houses have aging supply and drain lines over low crawl spaces, so sewage cleanup and pipe leaks are common there. Concord, the county seat, pairs historic houses in the Union Street districts with newer subdivisions on the west side, which is the part closest to Davidson along NC-73.

What stays the same in every town

A person answers (831) 303-1192 around the clock, the nearest available crew is sent, and you get the scope and price in writing before work goes past the emergency stage, with photos, moisture readings and daily drying logs for your insurer. Whether the job is water extraction and structural drying, mold remediation or burst pipe cleanup, the process does not change at the county line.

If your town is not listed

Call anyway. Troutman, the Denver side of the lake and Harrisburg are sometimes reachable, and we will tell you honestly whether a crew can get to you in reasonable time. If not, we would rather say so than promise a visit that turns into a two-hour wait.

Service area questions

Do you serve Troutman, Statesville, Denver or Harrisburg?

Not as part of the regular ring. Troutman and Statesville sit north of Mooresville, Denver is around the lake on the west shore, and Harrisburg is past Concord, so drive times run past 30 minutes. Call (831) 303-1192 anyway: the person who answers will tell you honestly whether a crew can reach you in reasonable time.

Do you cover all of Davidson, including the Iredell County side?

Yes. All of Davidson, NC 28036 is covered, from Main Street and the Davidson College area to River Run, Bradford, Summers Walk and the lake neighborhoods west of I-77, including the small part of town that lies in Iredell County. The water damage restoration in Davidson page covers the town itself.

Does it cost more if I live farther from Davidson?

Your price comes from a written scope for your property after the walkthrough, not from a town list. Drying jobs need daily visits, so if distance or access affects the job it shows up as its own line before work starts, where you can see it.

Is the work different in Mecklenburg, Iredell and Cabarrus counties?

The drying and mold methods are the same. What changes is the paperwork around repairs: building permits go through the county or town where the house sits, and the water and sewer utility differs from town to town, which matters when a sewer line or a meter is involved.
