Terms of Service
Last updated: October 1, 2026
These terms apply to your use of ultramoldwater.link and to requests you make through this site or by calling (831) 303-1192. By using the site you agree to them.
Who performs the work
Ultra Mold & Water Pros connects you with independent restoration technicians who perform the work. Every restoration technician we send is licensed where North Carolina requires it, and insured. Any agreement for water extraction, drying, mold remediation, sewage or fire cleanup, demolition or reconstruction is between you and the business that performs the work, and that business is responsible for the work, its permits and its warranty terms, if any.
North Carolina does not issue a state license for water damage restoration or mold remediation. A construction project costing $40,000 or more must be performed by a general contractor licensed by the North Carolina Licensing Board for General Contractors, and plumbing and electrical work must be done by contractors licensed for that trade. You can verify a general contractor on the NC Licensing Board for General Contractors website.
How the referral works
The restoration technicians Ultra Mold & Water Pros connects you with are independent businesses. They are not our employees, and we do not supervise or direct how they perform the work. Each one is responsible for its own licenses where required, insurance, crew and workmanship, which is why we encourage you to ask for proof of insurance before you sign.
Ultra Mold & Water Pros may receive compensation from the businesses it refers you to. If you want to know whether a referral fee applies to your job, ask on the call. Your price is the one in the written scope, agreed before work goes past the emergency stage.
Estimates, pricing and scheduling
- Any price is given in writing after an inspection. Emergency steps to stop further damage, such as stopping the water and extracting standing water, may be agreed on site before the full scope is written. Nothing on this site is a quote or a bid.
- Cost figures on this site, where they appear, are published third-party planning ranges included for general information. They are not our prices.
- We answer calls 24 hours a day, but visit times depend on crew availability, distance, weather and conditions. No arrival time is guaranteed unless it is confirmed to you for your specific job.
- Drying times are estimates. The job is complete when moisture readings reach the drying goal recorded for your property, which can take longer in humid weather or in crawl spaces.
- Some jobs require steps that add time and cost, such as repairs by a licensed plumber or electrician, testing by an independent mold assessor you choose to hire, building permits and inspections for repairs, or a licensed general contractor for projects at or above the state threshold.
We are not a public adjuster
Ultra Mold & Water Pros does not act as a public adjuster and does not negotiate, adjust or settle insurance claims on your behalf. In North Carolina a public adjuster must be licensed by the Department of Insurance. The business that performs your work can provide photos, moisture readings, drying logs and an itemized scope, and can meet your adjuster on site, but the claim remains between you and your insurer.
Not legal, insurance or medical advice
Content on this site is general information about water, mold, sewage and fire damage. It is not legal advice, and it is not insurance advice: your coverage depends on your policy and your insurer's decision. Nothing here promises that a claim will be paid. It is not medical advice: if mold or sewage exposure worries you, talk to your doctor.
Using the site
- Give accurate information when you submit a request, and only submit requests for yourself or with permission.
- Do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or copy its content for commercial use without permission.
- Links to outside sites, such as government resources, are provided for convenience; we do not control them.
Limits of liability
The site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent allowed by law, Ultra Mold & Water Pros is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or reliance on its general information. Claims about work performed are governed by your agreement with the business that performed it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under North Carolina law that cannot be waived.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by North Carolina law. We may update them and will change the date at the top when we do. Our privacy policy explains how information from calls and forms is handled. Questions? Call (831) 303-1192 or visit our contact page.
